Starting February 10, 2024 (revised date), polio vaccination certificates are mandatory for international travel to Gulf countries. Follow these steps to get yours:
- Carry Valid Documents: Ensure you have your CNIC and passport with you.
- Visit the Designated Center: Go to the Immunization Center at Services Hospital, Gate 3, Jail Road, Lahore.
- Queue Up: Stand in line and wait for your turn patiently, maintaining civility.
- Provide Your Details: Once called, share your information for data entry.
- Receive the Vaccine: Wait for your name to be called for the polio drops.
- Collect Your Certificate: After vaccination, the certificate will be issued to you.
- Confirm Validity: Ensure the certificate is signed and stamped for international travel. Certificate can also be downloaded from the NADRA website at https://nims.nadra.gov.pk/nims/certificate
- Duration of Certificate Validity: Certificates are valid for 1 year.
