These terms apply to your use of umarjqofficial.com, its free tools, its templates and downloads. The site is run by Umar J. Qureshi, an independent Fractional Content Director based in Lahore, Pakistan ("I", "me"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may use the site and its tools for lawful personal and business purposes. You agree not to:
- overload, scrape or query the tools automatically, or try to get around their usage limits;
- use the tools to harass anyone or to collect personal data in breach of any law or platform rule;
- try to break into, disrupt or reverse-engineer the site or its systems;
- copy or republish the site's content as your own.
I may limit or block access for anyone who misuses the site.
Free tools
The engagement rate calculator, website audit tool, social media budget calculator and other tools are free and provided "as is". Their results are estimates. They rely on public data from third-party platforms such as Instagram and YouTube and on published benchmarks, which can be incomplete, delayed or changed by those platforms at any time. Use the results as a guide, not a guarantee, and check important decisions independently. I may change, limit or remove any tool at any time.
Templates and downloads
- Licence. When you download a template, you may use and edit it for your own business and for work you do for your clients. You may not resell, share or publish the template files themselves, or offer them as your own product.
- Price. Some downloads are free and some are paid. The price, if any, is shown on the checkout before you pay.
- Payment. Paid templates are paid by Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or Raast, with a screenshot of the payment uploaded at checkout. Each order is checked by hand. Once it's approved, the download link is emailed to you.
- Download links expire after a limited number of uses or days. If yours has expired or the file doesn't work, email me and I'll send it again.
- No refunds. Because templates are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are final and payments are not refunded.

The call assistant gives automated, AI-generated answers to help you think through your marketing. Its replies can be wrong or incomplete. They are not a quote, a contract or professional advice. Any work together is agreed with me directly.
Services
Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation. Paid services such as fractional content direction, social media, PR and executive visibility are provided under a separate proposal or agreement. That agreement's scope, fees and timelines take priority over these terms.
Content and intellectual property
The site's text, design, tools, templates and graphics belong to Umar J. Qureshi unless stated otherwise. Names and trademarks of other companies and platforms belong to their owners and are used only to describe them. Blog posts and guides are general information, not legal, financial or tax advice.
Third-party services and links
The site uses and links to third-party services, including Google, Meta, YouTube and Brevo. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and I'm not responsible for their content or availability. How information is shared with them is explained in the privacy policy.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site, tools and templates are provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. My total liability for any claim about a paid template is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Changes
I may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Using the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
