A printable channel scorecard, a content performance review and a 90-day plan: the structure I use to audit LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts for clients. No sign-up needed.
- Page 1 · Channel scorecardFollowers, posting rhythm, engagement rate and profile health for each platform.
- Page 2 · Content reviewYour top and bottom 5 posts, and your content mix by pillar.
- Page 3 · Checklist & 90-day plan20 checks and a month-by-month plan to fix the gaps.
How to use it
- Pick the last 90 days. Use the same window for every platform so numbers compare fairly.
- Fill the scorecard. Pull followers, posts per week and engagement from each platform's own insights.
- Find your best and worst posts. Note the format and pillar of each, and why it worked or didn't.
- Run the checklist. Anything unticked goes into the 90-day plan.
- Set one goal per month. For example: fix profiles, then rebalance content, then add a lead magnet.

Social media audit questions
What is a social media audit?
A social media audit is a review of every account you run: profiles, posting frequency, content performance, engagement and how much traffic and leads each channel sends. It shows what to keep, fix or stop.
How do I calculate engagement rate?
A common formula is total engagements on a post (likes, comments, shares and saves) divided by followers, times 100. Use the same formula every month so you compare like with like.
How often should I audit social media?
Once a quarter is enough for most businesses, with a short monthly check of the numbers in the scorecard.
